Returns & Exchanges

• Last Sale Pieces: These items cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Damaged or Torn Pieces: If a piece is damaged or torn, it can be replaced.

Refunds

• Processing Time: All refunds will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse.
• Store Credits:
  • Store Credits are the fastest refund option.
  • They have no expiry date and no limitations on usage.
  • Store Credits are usually processed immediately upon confirmation.
• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited directly to your account.
• COD Orders: Refunds will be made via NEFT transfer. (Please provide your account details for this process.)
• Timeline: Allow 2-3 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account statements.
